Island Nation is Taiwan’s first political drama that is based on real political events in the Taiwanese history. Through the eyes of 6 nameless young people involved in this period’s political wrestling, whether unintentionally or deliberately, with their own thoughts and ideals. The experience of these young people, traveling through the struggle of political power while facing the crossroad of life, faith and love, will provide a vivid account of the democratization period of Taiwan.
